X Factor Movie Week News

Grab your popcorn and that dustbin size carbonated drink because it's Movie Week on The X Factor.

On Friday, I caught up with all the contestants backstage at rehearsals. In between having their nails done, talking make-up and spray tans with the amazing Julia Carta or grabbing a bite to eat- all the contestants sat down with me for a chat about this week's big show.

Dermot, Louis and Nicole were all working hard preparing for the big show as I roamed the corridors, with my PG-12 mic and sat down with the Hollywood hopefuls. Or something like that.

Miss Dynamix are back and talked to me about their performance of "Deams." Hear the moment I revealed that Gabrielle would probably be watching.

The Kingsland Road are back are determined to avoid the flash vote. Thompson and the band talk Pretty Woman and Conor goes all wobbly over Julia Roberts.

Nicholas was one fine form as ever, admitting that he'll probably during his performance of Angels, which is one Louis' favourite songs.

Luke Friend was his usual chilled self and praised his song choice, "Kiss From A Rose" whilst hinting at a new hair-style this week. Oh yes.

Sam sat down with the amazing Sharon Osbourne to talk about why she doesn't want to sink like Titanic and hopes to deliver 'a dreamy' performance of My Heart Will Go On.

Tamera has gone blonde ( again) and admits that she was singing "Listen" at the age of 12 "and hopes Beyonce loves her performance" of the DreamGirls classic.

Hannah was all happy, post nail treatment and besides talking about her love of scary movies and Bond theme Skyfall. However, don't ask if she's seen a Bond movie. But she had heard of Daniel Craig.

Rough Copy big up Gary Barlow and promise some serious swagger and style as they deliver the 1991 Robin Hood No.1 for Bryan Adams.

Sam is singing a U2 anthem from Rattle and Hum and both Reality Bites. Oh and for the record; he doesn't need a spray tan.

Abi delivered a a brilliant performance of Moon River in rehearsal and hopes she'll be having eating Breakfast at Tiffanys one of these days.

With thanks to Justin at the X Factor press team- have a listen to my excessive chats for Movie Week backstage at The X Factor.
