Loveable Rogues "We Want A Night Out With Harry Styles"

Loveable Rogues finally release their insanely catchy debut single "What a Night" today, Sunday.

The 'Rogues' consisting of Eddie, Sonny and Te rose to fame in 2012 after they reached the final of ITV's Britain's Got Talent showcasing their London acoustic hip-hop sound.

One year on and after performing to thousands of fans across the UK, including a support slot on the Olly Murs UK and Ireland tour the 'Rogues' are all set to release their music into the great wide world. And in terms of energy, personality and performance this band tick all those boxes and then some.

Eddie told me "the new single is a modern take on the Beastie Boys Fight For Your Right to Party really. There are loads of going out and partying records but there's not many quirky ones about the sort of parties we've been to, just a feel good fun song to get us out there really." And Sonny profoundly confirmed "it's a whole can of fun really. Just like think of fun and it's just fun. A pot of fun!" So, it's fun. Get it?

The 'party' video for "What A Night" attracted headlines when it was first released earlier this hear but the lads confirmed to me that nothing was faked.

"There's definitely more in the making of that video that could've been shown. We were lucky to get away with what we did. There were more boobs and there was a scene in the bathroom that quickly got cut as I think the extras got carried away with what they could do! Even in the bedroom scene with the pillow fight, where we couldn't see anything, a few people took this moment to do a few cheeky things. But obviously we were all on best behaviour..!"

And now that Britain's Got Talent is back on our screens, do Loveable Rogues have any predictions for this year? Eddie told me " you never known with that show as there's so many things out there but then boom something pops out there so there will probably be something this year, maybe a cat.." Sonny took this theme further predicting " imagine if someone brought a kangaroo and a human got in the little pouch in the front and then jumped around.." I need to see that, now.

But how big to the Loveable Rogues want to be? Would they like a slice of One Direction's success story? Sonny told me " They're really good lads doing extremely well and in terms of going to other countries, we'd love that but let's do the UK first. Of course we wanna be as big as we can." But for Eddie it's all about Harry's hair; "I just want to be best mates with Harry Styles. I haven't met him yet but when I do..wow. I reckon something beautiful is going to happen. I just think he knows how to have a good night out and I wanna join him. It's his hair man! If half of his success could rub off on me.."

But when I ask about The Big Reunion, the trio suddenly explode with enthusiasm. Just like the rest of planet pop, Loveable Rogues can't help but love a bit of 5ive.

"Oh man, we love Abs! He's the best. I love him..I mean they were mahoosive! If everyone had an Abs in their life, the world would be a better place." Eddie gushed. Quite.

After watching the lads deliver an impressive live show, supporting Olly Murs, I sat down with the Rogues to talk music, reality tv, meeting Simon Cowell and making a move on Alesha Dixon. "A perfect date with Alesha would be a lovely Italian, somewhere in Essex and then take her round my Nans. She'd love my Nan" admitted Te.

Who also owns a lot of cocoa butter, fact fans.

Love the Loveable Rogues. More power to their pop, in 2013.
